Fond Farewell
Paul Rubeli, the chairman and CEO of Aztar Corp., the parent company of the Tropicana, is often recognized for his groundbreaking analysis that linked casino revenues with hotel guests. Many believe this led to the ongoing construction boom that has added thousands of hotel rooms to Atlantic City. The Chamber held a farewell party for Rubeli in February at the Top of the Trop that was attended by many casino executives, public officials and colleagues.
