New at Hilton

The first of what promises to be many improvements to the Atlantic City Hilton Casino Resort under new owner Resorts International Holdings opens this month, giving gamblers new spots for poker and Asian games.

The Hilton is expanding its casino offerings with two new state-of-the-art gaming facilities on the resort's second floor. The new 22-table poker room features a stylized design and a collection of amenities. Games will include Texas hold ‘em, seven-card stud and Omaha, as well as a simulcast wagering area.

"The Atlantic City Hilton is built on a foundation of great gambling for great gamblers," said Hilton Executive VP Phil Juliano. "We are adding a poker room that locals and visitors alike will love playing in."

Directly across from the new poker room, in the former site of the Chairman's Club, is a Hong Kong-inspired Asian gaming room called Treasure Palace. The room features 15 mini-baccarat tables, pai gow poker, pai gow tiles, roulette, and around a dozen slot machines. There is also a noodle bar on site. Juliano says the room will service the Hilton's Asian customers "in a way they deserve, for their continued loyalty over many years."

The two new rooms are connected to the Hilton's parking garage by a sky bridge—complete with a separate casino cage.
